We were on our last day at the Hidden Cove RV Resort in Arley, Alabama campground when a mower came to mow behind our RV. He thought that he could make it under the slide not relizing he had a rollbar on back of mower.

He damaged our slide by curling out the trim and corner of the slide. The mower guy went to tell his boss, then the manager" Becky" came to our site, took pictures and filled out report. Her boss is the district manager of the next campground that we went to the next day, which is Diamond Caverns RV Resort in Park City, Kentucky. We found out that it's all up to us as campers and / or our insurance to get estimates for risk management at Thousand trails corporate.

We are travelers in a strange town, which we do not know anyone here.

Thousand Trails makes their members assume all responsibility to get repairs done. I feel all RV'rs that travel with this RV group needed to be informed that its up to us campers to take care of damages that are incured through no fault if our own.
